#blacklivesmatter doorknocking - Juneteenth

In response to a national call for white allies to engage white folks in racial justice, we will go door to door in predominantly white neighborhoods to distribute yard signs saying “Black Lives Matter” and to plug folks into racial justice efforts ongoing in the Boston area.

UPDATE: We will be focusing on Cambridge for this first excursion. Meet outside Peet's Coffee on the grassy area. We'll be the people with 100 #blacklivesmatter signs

We will meet centrally for a brief training and orientation and to distribute materials before dispersing; we will return there to debrief when we are done.

Join us THIS SATURDAY 1-5 pm for our first canvassing effort!

RAIN DATE: Sunday, June 21

This event is designed to engage white allies. Folks of all races are welcome to participate.

Our plan:
1 pm: meet up, orient ourselves, and brief training
2-4 pm: doorknock in teams!
4-5 pm: debrief the experience as a group
